Vivi Nova Tank - Issues - Not Firing

Hi. I just bought a Vivi Nova Tank from Health Cabin and first time fill and it is not firing at all! I tried it on my Ego Twist and Lavatube. It is not firing.

Don't want to be out of $10.

I believe it is broken. Anyone can Health Cabin, please help!

Have you tried with other heads? And try tighten the head. I'm not HC employee btw . Hope you able to get it working, nova is one of my favourite.

Is it possible the coil is shorting out on the side? Try to move it around a bit with a paper clip or tweasers

Make sure the center pin on the nova is making contact with the battery contact. May need to pull it out some with small tweezers.
