vivid vanilla DIY

been trying for a month to mix a DIY version of blu/jc vivid vanilla. does anyone have any recipes even close? i can get fairly close with vanilla extract and flavor combinations, but still not there. have purchased alot of vanilla premixed, with no success, missing the deep/bass flavor... Anything? Anybody else chasing their tales too?

No, I haven't tried DIY to duplicate it, but boy I do love Blu's Vivid Vanilla. I'm thinking that flavor you are missing may be a bit of a tobacco flavor.

Several people have said that Dark City Vapors Triple V is almost identical. I haven't tried it - seems to me it's not 100% VG available, so I couldn't. I also saw a review on one of Highbrow's vanilla's where someone said it was the exact match to Blu's VV, but I haven't gotten around to ordering it.

I just decided to keep buying Blu carto's in the Vivid Vanilla. They work on every 510 connection battery I have. Plus, I still use my Blu setup at work and when running errands. I buy 'em 4 packs at a time, so the cost is reasonable since you do get the carto, as well.

i think your right. after you posted that I checked it out a little, and i am pretty sure it was coffee i was missing. I ordered some flavors and bases today, will find out in about a week. thanks for that, I would have missed it without your post pointing that out.
