vmax v2 question

Hello
i bought a vmax v2 on some seller online. but im not sure if the vmax v2 i bought is broken or defective
when im inserting the batteries the LED light opened and counting numbers and turned off. i clicked it many times to open but no number or digits appeared. i read the instruction so i know how to use it, i tried to remove and insert the batteries. its still same
just opened and counting only

any vmax v2 user here? please help how to fix this?

If the 5 clicks doesn't work then you've got a loose ground wire from the solder breaking on the underside of the top cap.
It's a common problem with the smok Vmax
