Has anyone else seen or used these? I decided to do a search on ebay to see what kind of e cig stuff is in there, and found this coupon for Volcano for 10% off if you buy it for $1... and there were other brands there as well...

I guess it's a good way to advertise since they won't allow people to actually sell e cig stuff on ebay. Maybe it will help somebody out? I don't know...it just peaked my interest enough to mention it here.
This is also interesting to me, they get away with selling an e cig by posting it's a cell phone charger...
