eBay e-cig restrictions

If this has been posted already sorry, I sold an item on eBay just in time before it was pulled. Here is the problem with ebays policy on e-cigs, they have a catch all word that I feel includes everything they sell on eBay.

• Electronic cigarettes (e-cigarettes) and components
  See that word at the end. Components. Defintion for this word, : helping to make up the whole of something (such as a system or a mixture) : forming or being a part of something
  
  which means anything sold on eBay that can be used in the use of e-cigs is banned.
  
  batteries
  LEDs
  Switches
  wire
  cotton
  
  You see where this is going?

Ah, they've had that policy in place for quite some time - at least since I joined the forum, because I've seen this topic brought up at least once a month, if not more.

If you're lucky, they won't catch it and no one will report it. If you're not lucky, your account will get suspended. Since your transaction is complete, I'm guessing you're GTG.

As K-Tech said, that is not a new policy at EBay. Some sellers fly under their radar, others not so lucky.

Yet I see ecig stuff all over fleabay! A total contradiction!

It makes searching ebay harder, but it is on there. I think they filter sellers electronically, so it is a game.

When I searched for "iClear 30", I only got 910 results.
