I have beern using eGO-C for months now, I love the idea of a tank because I vape allot and I like the amount of vapor I get from the eGO-c and my juice. I am just tired of the leaks and sticky mess from the Type B and A cones, Soooo I am thinking of buying the Inferno From Volcano with the tube tank but I was wondering if anyone here has one and If it has lots of vapor. I like the idea of the 4mil sealed Tank "Hopefully no leaks", but I have never used a cartomizer. From what I have read the Inferno is great and awesome etc etc. I use 50%vp and 50%pg juice.. any Ideas and Suggestion's would be helpful.

Thanks!

I have a Volcano Inferno. I liked the way it worked and never had any issues with the tank leaking.

That said...

You don't need to buy the actual Inferno kit to get the tank. You can buy just the tank if you want to. Also the carto's sold by Volcano are pre-punched.

You do not need to use their carto's though. IF you decide to use the ones they sell you might need to punch another hole or slot the current hole to make it larger for thicker liquids. Volcano's juice is a 80/20 pg/vg ratio so rather thin and has no issues with the small hole punched in their carto's.

Another option would be to pick up a tank and some carto's from another vendor. I've heard good things about the J-Tank. Haven't gotten one myself but been thinking about it.

And as said above the Vivi Nova isn't bad either. I actually get better flavor with it than I did with Volcano's tank.

Got the Inferno starter kit for my first vape 3 weeks ago, pretty much flawless experience so far, no leaks, easy to fill and look pretty tidy with stainless drips. Can't comment on how the Volcano cartos compare in terms of flavour as I've not yet moved to trying tank alternatives, or tried out juices from other suppliers.

Currently using the Infernos on a Provari 2.5 with 1.8 cartos with good amount of vapour and throat hit. My 3ohm single coil cartomizers from Volcano are due to turn up any time now, so stuck vaping at 3.7V and unable to report how well they perform in comparison to dual coils operating at the higher voltages.

Will probably try a Vivi Nova or similar atomizer tank next, very curious to see how these compare to the cartomizer tanks and ultimately I'd like to head towards a rebuildable.

I started my vaping career with the Inferno carto-tanks. They leaked on me constantly, but that probably had more to do with my lack of experience with tank/carto devices. I've then moved on to an Ego-C Twist, dripping on an atty at home and Vivi-Nova tanking during the day. Just yesterday, I received the Phoenix Atomizers and I'm loving it! Spent the whole day customizing the wick/coil assembly but this is probably not for the uninitiated.

If you're looking for a tank, I'd go with a Ego-C twist + Vivi nova and skip the Infernos. But this is but one many paths taken. Good luck.

The Vivi Nova works very well for me. The only issue I've had (and only on one of them) is when I unscrew the lid to refill, because it's pressing on the rubber stopper, it will sometimes also unscrew the replaceable coil along with it; leading to a lose of contact and a reading of 9.9 Ohms. It's an easy fix, just screw it back down, but it was a bit unsettling the first time it happened.

Thanks for the Info.. Ok so when i recieve the kit could I just redrill the hole thats there to make it larger Or should I just drill a new hole? After I have tried the Tank that comes with the Inferno I am thinking of ording the Vivi Nova Hopefully it can handle the 50/50 pg/vg ratio. I use 3 types of Tobacco flavored Juice so I am thinking Ill need 3 tanks so my flavors taste right,, I am very new at the Tank thing lol, So I am learning, I do know I love to vape with lots of vapors. If my eGo-C didnt leak so much id be happy with them and the amount of vapor I can get outa them,,... Six months with out a cig after smoking 1.5 cartons a week for 46 years and no desire what so ever for one !!! VAPE ON !!! LOLOL

You'll need a new carto everytime you change flavors. Unless you have multiple tanks. As far the tanks themselves a rinse under hot water usually takes care of them. I replaced my carto once a week when I was using the tank.
