I sure hope someone can help me......I got my Volcano T system yesterday in the mail and was too late to contact Volcano to ask this question so I was wondering if anyone here has had this same issue? I am getting a burnt taste just after a short drag....at first the drag is perfect then within literally seconds it has that rough harsh throat hit as it the atty is burning. I have made sure it is assembled correctly....the membrane to the tank if fully pierced.....it is aligned correctly, meaning the tank is aligned to the silver plate in the atty.......have tried a variety of juice mixes of pg and vg to see if that made a difference and it does not......I know it will be great if I can get this issue fixed because the first few seconds of the drag is wonderful until the burnt part kicks in. Any suggestions????? I have also soaked and pushed hot water thru atty and blew it out and the dry burned....but continues to give the burnt taste after a few seconds of drag.:(:(:(:(:(

I've only had mine a few days, but absolutely in love with it!

I don't bother with the spinning the tank around thing.

My procedure, which has not ever left me with a bad result yet is as follows (I do the same for brand new atty, or just flavor change) :

1. Take atty, blow hard a few times into battery hole side, into a paper towel (get rid of primer or old flavor).
2. Jam paper towel up into atty on tank side, to mop up whatever didn't come flying out while blowing.
3. Fill up tank with flavor of the day.
4. Align tank up with rounded and flat sides of the plate in the atty and shove it in. (Is this necessary? If you spin the tank around in there you wouldn't be lined up right?)
5. Take 3 or 4 pulls without activating battery to get the juice flowing

This has left me with amazing vapor and flavor every time.

If I have been vaping hard, or its been sitting for a while, I will give it one or two light pulls without battery activated, to keep it wet.

Don't forget to go to the Inferno website how-to section and watch the Inferno Tank video for tips on cleaning the atty prior to use. That awful taste/TH is a result of the packing primer they ship in the attys post production. I experienced it first-hand, AWFUL. After cleaning it using their method (actually I did it twice until I couldn't smell that "plastic oil" smell any longer) I've been in vape heaven.
