Volt meter

Got my unregulated box mod in today's vape mail. It was ordered off of a website, Came completely put together and is able to switch between series or parallel. I ended up taking it apart just to run it for parallel only since my old box was re-wired to series. Ended up putting in my parallel'd mosfets into the new box and wired it up like any other parallel box mod. but when it comes to the voltage meter all it will do is just read out @ 0.75 and lower. Even when testing the volt meter directly to a battery it reads 0.75, anyone know how to fix that or is that a sign that the volt meter doesnt properly work?

Positive wire is ran to the power switch that the gate is connected to and the negative is ran to the drain wire at the 510

Couple pics of how it's setup

Wired parallel, replaced the chrome fire switch with my black switch, added a 1000 microfarad capacitor across the batteries, and added parallel'd mosfets. Solid core wire used on the high current sections and stranded copper wiring used on low current sections. Originally it was silver wire!

All in all it was a nice box upon arrival but the switch in it ate over 1v by itself!
