has anyone checked the voltage at the end of the adaptor to check against the digital readout, i did and either im doing something wrong or there something that i dont understand on how this works ,example when i check at the adaptor no atty when the readout says 4.5 volt, the reading i get off the adaptor is only 2.10v,when check with a volt meter, i dont think this is correct only because the atty wont light up at 2.10v
can someone maybe explain the why and whats happening here, please dont take this as a complaint, far from it,the workmanship in this unit is unbelievable, it is a pleasure to use, it has that perfect feel to it,just dont understand why the voltage dont match up,,,,thanks k9

Better check your meter, I get the exact same reading when I voltage test my unit to what it's set at compared to my meter, same numbers ! Also make sure your putting your red lead on the flat pin where the Atty screws down onto and the black lead against the outside of that same connector.

i just rechecked the whole testing thing, you guys were right it does read exactly what the readout shows, what i did was check the voltage with an adaptor 510/801 in it,i must have a bad adaptor because when i remove it , its perfect,it give perfect even hits every time, when you change the voltage you can feel it even by a tenth of a volt, its really good to see the workmanship put into this mod, and i love the weight of it,just feels perfect in the hand,AMERICAN mods RULE !!!!
