Voltage regulator

OK I'm looking for a regulator to keep my voltage consistant on a 18650 mod. Can you suggest one and can you set it to a certain voltage and leave it? Thanx I hope this is the right place to post this.

Do you want a regulator or a booster?
For a regulator (using two 3.7v bats) I use a OKR-T/6-W12-C switching converter (digikey.com).

Well I'm new to modding so what I'd like is to regulate a 18650 to a certain voltage and it stay at that voltage for the time I'm vaping. Instead of Going from 4.2 and gradually drop from there and give a consistant hit. Hope that tells you something, lol

Can these be used by them selves or have to be on a board? NCP630A 3 Amp Adjustable Regulator on madvapes site.
