I would think the battery door should fit into its' place rather snugly, but I'm not familiar with that brand name or product at all. Take a look at some uTube vids to see if that's the way it should be. I'm sure you'll get some replies from people here that are more familiar with it. I'm going to request this thread be moved to the Voopoo forum, where you'll be more apt to get useful/helpful replies.

I have never heard that complaint although I too, do not own one. Contact your seller and get a replacement mod. Unless it's some small weird thing that is occurring due to lint in something (that is hypothetical) but you know what I mean. Check you are operating it correctly and if so, warranty it. Good luck.

Do I need to get the mod replaced or just a new battery door? I I’ll contact em asap
I have no idea. They'll probably ask you to do a video. Just tell them that the battery door is loose and it may be unsafe to use.
Thank you, Mailed them and got a response that the battery door is connected to a magnet so the door can move a Little and its bad designed... so i won’t get a replacement so I guess I will try to that fix
