Hello folks and welcome to my review of the latest member of the Drag family from Voopoo as of the date of this review called the Drag 6 with the updated Uforce-X tank 2 that uses the PnP X Coils. The Drag 6 mod houses a 4400mAh rechargeable battery and has a maximum power output of 220 watts. The user gets 3 power modes including TC for those of you using temperature control. The Drag device has the locking/unlocking feature with different options to perform this task which is a nice bonus. Adjustments are performed using a precision control wheel that's built into the housing that actually improves the stunning appearance of the device.

Also included in the Drag 6 Kit is the new and improved Uforce-X tank 2, the original was a performance proven tank. The Uforce X Tank 2 to me feels a bit shorter and has three airflow slots and a quarter turn top cap, plenty of airflow for a DL vape and can be closed down for a very tight RDL vape, there's a nice selection of PnP X coils to use in this tank. Voopoo calls the improvement to the airflow the golden triangle. It's nice to get a full size mod and tank combo to review for a change and I think you'll like it also.

FIRST IMPRESSIONS


Let me start off by saying how nice it was to see a full size mod and tank and when I oped the box I found the appearance to be very pleasing. The first thing that caught my eye was the adjustment wheel's location on the device which I thought added to the great look by being silver against the Black finish of the device.

I also am very pleased that Voopoo chose to use a Matt finish with smoked chrome accents that really make this device look very classy, ( NO FINGERPRINTS ). Picking the device up it's weight was what I expected from a full size mod.

I started charging the device to begin it's test, it arrived at 63% full and the 3A charging was done very quickly bringing it to full capacity. During charging bubble animation is present on the screen.

The covered trap door over the USB-C charge port will keep pocket lint and such entering the opening. The fist thing I noticed with the tank was the numbered airflow adjustment dial on all 3 airflow slots. The tank comes apart easily and after removing the coil it was time for a warm bath to remove any oils that might be still present, it's a practice I do with every new tank.

Filling the tank up was a breeze having 2 membrane covered slots as shown above, the top cap is a quarter turn and the drip tip is very comfortable so I kept it on during testing.

I really like how easy it is to navigate the menu 3 quick presses of the fire button open the device's menu where turning the adjustment wheel moves you along the selections, when you land on the selection you want just press the fire button to open it.

Very simple and easy to do with precise movement from the wheel. It clicks as you turn it so maybe there are small ball bearings inside. To turn the device on/ off press the fire button 5 times quickly. I took some screen shots of the different selections in the menu.

Most box mods shape is of a 4 cornered box and sometimes that can be uncomfortable when holding in your hand for a long time, the Drag 6 actually tapers down from the face plate to the spine of the device making it very comfortable to hold and use.

FINAL IMPRESSION


I not only think that Voopoo hit a home run with the Drag 6 Kit but in fact they hit a ( GRAND SLAM ). The form,fit,function and looks are fantastic but I haven't spoke about flavor from the Uforce-X Tank 2 as well as the PnP X Coils. I know the PnP X Coils very well and no matter what juice I use they always produce great flavor for me always at lower wattage than the minimum coil rating.

As you have heard me gush in this review I will recommend this kit 100% if your looking for a full size comfortable box mod that is feature rich with a great tank using great factory drop in coils.
