VooPoo future?

I recently texted VooPoo with questions about their products on their website, and they replied asking me which website I was referring to. I replied with Voopooofficialsite.com. They responded, “The website is currently not taking orders.” I texted back asking why and when they might resume, but I have received no reply to date.

I know there is a group on here specifically for VooPoo, but I figured I might not be getting the whole picture, so I wanted to ask before I continue. I found it strange that they recently revealed a new product, so I'm unsure.

You didn't mention what Voopoo product that you are interested in, so can't locate it for you, but have you tried looking at a retailer like sourcemore or health cabin? If you have (legitimate) concerns about your items being seized by customs, then there are a few US based companies like Element vape, with limited selections, higher prices, and signature shipping fees.

ETA: sourcemore does have US based warehouses, but may find restocking them problematic due to customs, so these items are likely to sell out quickly.

I reviewed my text, and I realized I hadn't actually asked about any specific product. I should have mentioned that I was trying to register, but I was unsuccessful. That’s when they asked me what website I was having issues with. Although I didn’t specify a particular product to them, I was looking at the Drag series in general. I also wanted to see how quickly I would get a response. As for what I'm looking for, it needs to fit in my shirt pocket (single battery) and have a tank/pod capacity of around 4ml or higher. I currently have a GV L200, which I’m not using and might be best for home use at a later time. I also own a GV Digi Max, which feels like a quality piece of equipment, but I really don’t like their pods. I recently ordered a GV Max100 (Aegis Max 2) Kit, and it’s on the way. I’m considering ordering the Z (Zeus) Nano MTL Tank as well. I’m still undecided on any specific brand or model. I also (prematurely) bought four 21700 5000mAh batteries and a charger. I now realize that the two VooPoo products I was interested in don’t utilize the 21700 battery, so they’re off my list for now. I only mentioned my experience with VooPoo to help anyone else who might be concerned. I found it interesting that when I used the VooPoo phone number 1-929-719-3750 from their official website, I received a text message stating, "The website is currently not taking orders." Thank you just the same. Happy trails!

My only comment is a warning about Geekvape products. I can't speak of how it is currently, but a couple of years ago, several members, including myself, had terrible problems with GV customer service. Their phone was disconnected, slow to answer emails, chat function not helpful, and generally slow to solve problems. Their stuff is okay, but not any better than other stuff on the market, but heaven forbid if you need any help.

From what I've read on this forum and other websites, you're not alone. However, they have always responded to any given email by the following day at the latest. As soon as I read your reply, I called, and it took about 30 seconds to speak to someone (outsourced of course). I didn’t like telling them that I dialed the wrong number. This has been the norm since I purchased my first GV, with phone and/or email support, starting on July 15, 2025. Only a couple of months, but not the same experience I've heard of, just like you mentioned. They recently sent me an email explaining they would go ahead and mail the GV Max 100 but ship the coils later without charging two shipment fees. Perhaps they began to listen to the complaints and decided to act. I hope VooPoo will continue to sell, as we always need competition to keep consumer prices in check.

Voopoo claims to be doing some sort of rebrand. Could be the website issue. Check the Voopoo vendor forum on here there was a post about it the other day.

Voopoo makes good products for sure.
I LOVE my geekvape hero Q. No matter what new device I get I keep going back to the geekvape hero q. Best flavor for the juice I use.

I bought a bunch of Geek Vape mods before they started to get a bad reputation. They have taken a lot of use and abuse. The TC on one of them has died but it still works in power mode. The people who reported bad service also mentioned problems with the mods, but mine have been great

I've bought literally dozens of Geek Vape mods, kits (mod with tank), tanks, etc. since August 2019 when I started buying them for my personal "vape stash" for the longterm future and helped others build their stashes, too. They've included the Aegis Mini, Aegis Solo, Aegis Max and the 2nd versions of them, too. I've had no problems whatsoever with them. Even my very first Aegis Mini 80W mod I bought...is still going strong. Have had no complaints about them from the friends who've bought and been using them, too. :thumb:

Im glad to hear more positive reviews.

I jinx myself. I received my GV Max 100 the afternoon of Sept 30th.I opened it the following day on the 1st of Oct., and lucky me its DOA. I called, and they said all warranty issues must be addressed through their email store@geekvape.com. I described my problem via email, and I received an automatically generated response stating that they had just started recognizing their national holiday week in China and would respond within a few days after they returned.

I don’t believe im doing anything wrong to turn on the Max 100. I filled the tank, inserted a 5000 mAh 21700 battery, positive end first, and clicked the button five times, but no response. I will update when something changes. Lucky me

Stay tuned. I’ll be posting 2 more videos here in the coming weeks about new VOOPOO devices and VOOPOO’s rebranding.

I'm seriously considering ordering a Drag M100S. It should fit in my shirt pocket if needed. It has a large capacity tank, uses 21700 batteries, which I already have, and appears to be compatible with several different ohm coils. I'm really trying to convince myself to go for it! Lol.
I will likely wait for another week or two, depending on what I hear back from GV.
