I had a VTR that the 510 connection came loose. I had it a month when that happened and I sent my vendor a e-mail about it. They said send it back to us and we will try to fix it but they couldnt so today they let me know that they are sending a replacement. They are Vapor Kings out of Tulsa Oklahoma. Good customer service! I mean Great customer service

I've made many purchases from Vapor Kings during the year+ I've been vaping. Never yet had quality issues, but their shipping in prompt, and they always answer my questions promptly and clearly (They were very patient with my noob questions and helped me a lot!)
