Frankly, I have no problem with banning the mall kiosks, so long as they stay away from the likes of Cignot and TastyVapor.

Also, it wouldn't be unreasonable for suppliers to start requiring customers to fax copies of their driver's licenses as an extra step to disuade possible underage purchasers. I've seen that done by online wine sellers.

Agreed at least in theory. Biggest problem is we all agree some regulation is in fact necessary. Problem is the anti's arent gonna be happy with proper labeling and id checks. As evidenced by the heavy handed FDA approach.

Nothing wrong with going after crooks/liers/etc, but they should keep hands off of real vendors who offer what customers want/need. Problem is these types dont know when to stop fiddling. World would be a much better place if they just threw the book at the people who violate the laws instead of making honest companies/people jump through insane hops to comply with silly made up regulations that dont really improve product.

Gotta love that unbiased reporting. At least the FDA doesnt have the ammo yet for a full ban and cant currently convince the court they are right. Scariest part of the AOL article is the part where 69% want to ban vaping indoors/at work like cigarettes are now. Gotta love the closed minded antis who wish we'd all just crawl under a rock and die.
