Can someone tell me a little about the VP1 first generation. I currently have a Joye 510 but I'm looking for something with more punch too it. Would this be like using a screwdriver, silver bullet, little chuck or chuck? How many volts is it?

The VP1 uses a 10440 battery which is about double the battery life of your 510 battery. If you're going to spend the $, at least get a VP2, which will about quadruple the battery life for about the same $ but is a bit bigger.

3.7V only

Hi Donna,

I have a VP1 and in my opinion, the battery life sucks. The VP2 would be a better option or look for a mod that will do 3.7 and 6V. The battery life will be better and the 3.7V gives a perfect kick to me.

I know the VP1 is less bulky looking, but for the money, the little chuck with a cartomizer is perfect.

VP2 with a 14500 batty or the little Chuck 18340 batty. thagbuilt.com
VP1 will not give you much better than the 510 in batty life.
Go with the Chuck IMO..
You'll have a nice PV for life!

I was one of the first to have the Chuck. I have never had a problem with it. Is one of the few that have always been very reliable.. There are others out there that are good but the Chuck is the tank. Always works!!

I dont think you can beat a Chuck for 3.7 vaping..

Doots, Okay if I went with the little Chuck, how long does the equipment last. You say you were the first to go with it. Do you still have your original one? Or is it like a battery? It lasts a couple months and you have to buy another one? Does it have a kick to it or is it like vaping a 510 which I don't find satisfying enough? A regular Chuck is a 6V, correct? Does that have more kick to it, or just longer battery life?
