VPX Cartomater Tank question

Just got my VPX mini off the classies... I am looking for the best performing cartos everyone is using. I don't want any leaks. If it helps, I am using a provari mini and usually rock a 3ohm atty at 4.2 volts. I only vape fruit liquids and usually a 60/40 blend. Also, I want to punch my own. What is better? Slotting or punching? I want a lot of vapor and flavor but not a warm vape. Fruit tastes weird when its hotter hahah

Boge 3.0, in my opinion they are the best out there at the moment. I use them in my VPX Mini (delrin), I have another VPX Mini SS coming to me as well. Your slots or holes will depend on the thickness of your juice. If you are using a 100% PG juice you could get away with one small hole/slot, if you are using a heavy VG based e-liquid I would suggest 2 to 3 holes or 2 good sized slots. This will take some trial and error on your behalf if you are doing it yourself, and you will tell if you get it wrong, you will get dry hits (too small of a slot / not enough holes), or you will get flooding (too large of slots / too many holes).

After I got my first tank I was in love, going to be purchasing some more tanks as well, going to get myself a Phiniac with SS caps, also looking around for a Arry ACT4

Yes, they'll fit, but they will stick out of the tank a ways. Cartos of XL length are the same length as the "regular" tanks, the "mini" is the length of a standard carto.

I run 3 ohm Boges and standard resistance IKV Fusions in my tanks, both in the 4.3-5.0 volt range depending on the juice

I agree with the 3.0 boges. As far as slotting vs. punching, either method will work. I was originally slotting my cartos, but you will need to be careful inserting slotted cartos in tanks because the sharp edges of your slots can potentially damage the o-rings in your tank. When slotting I would take an emery board and smooth out the edges to minimize the danger. I have since moved on to punching cartos with the vip carto punch. I have found this to be much less of a hassle.
