I bought my tank from NHaler and from what it looks like the rushed to get it to me or something because the drilled two giant holes in the carto that came with it. Here is a look at them

The one on the left is what I did the one on the right is what they did and there is 2 of these holes. Am I missing something here? I can not use this carto since it floods so easy and it tears the inner o-ring up. I love the tank as far as design and color options but throwing in this carto is kind of a joke.

I got the same carto with the huge holes with my cartomator tank as well. I saw a video somewhere in which the Nhaler rep stated they were going to start using larger holes. I also had flooding issues with the carto that came with it, and I just tossed it and punched my own. I do use two holes on both Boge 2.0 cartos and Smoktech Dual Coil Shorty cartos. Both work great.

Wow, that's one huge hole! I have a few of those tanks, purchased some time ago, and the holes weren't nearly that big. I guess the only way to find out if it's standard practice now to make them that big is to contact Drew (email, through the website or on the forum). If it was just a mistake, I'm sure he'll get you sorted out. He's been nothing but helpful in my experience :) If that size is now the norm . . . well I guess it is what it is

Yeah he replied back with him being stumped. As I am. It's not a huge deal. He seems super nice and like he wants to help so no big deal. I wanted to know if this was normal or not mainly. I will be trying out the dremel method to see if it works any better I really am not a fan of dremeling though
