VT Vapor juice issues

Hi.
I recently ordered to bottles of 0mg bottles of juice from Vermont Vapor (Strawberry and Mocha). I tried to top of a blank 901 cart, but the juice just sat on top of the cart filling. I tried another cart... same result. I tried pulling a filling out and spreading it apart again... same result. I added a little distilled water... same result. This stuff seems way too thick.

Has anyone else had this problem and found a way to remedy it? It doesn't change with temperature either. It's a bit frustrating.

I am pretty sure their juice is all VG so it will be quite thick.

My best advice is to use a syringe.
But you can get by with using a paper clip or a toothpick.

Just stick it down along the side of the filler and then use it to pull the filler away from the side of the cartridge just a bit. This will allow more airflow which should make it easier to fill.

After filling gently push the filler back where it was before.
