When you refill a Blu cart just take the filler material out and cut 2/3 of it off. Put about 6 drops of juice in the cart and put the 1/3 of the fill material back on the top. Do not push the fill material all the way down into the cart. I foun the vapor production increased by doing this. It allows the juice to get to the top and you can put more juice in the cart.
Becareful when you push the container back to the bottom of the cart. Do not touch the filler material while your doing it.
