VTR25 Hcigar Mod

I accidentally dropped my mod and one of the screws came off. Does anyone know where I can get a replacement screw?

Welcome and glad you joined.
Could take the mod to a local machine shop or fastener supply (google machine shop supply or fastener supply in your area) and ask to buy an identical matching screw.

If the screw just fell out then if you put another screw in it likely will just fall out as well. The only way the screw would fall out is if the threading is stripped, and another screw won't stay in unless the threading is fixed. You may need to tap out the hole and go with a larger diameter screw to get it to stay.

One of the Torx screws fell out of my XCube2 which looked very similar to yours, and it was a spare from a bag of M2x5 or M2.5x5 which I had just ordered that fit it perfectly.

Thank you BrotherBob. Yes i manage to find out from HCigar the type of crew. Its a SHCS M1.5 x 3mm

Yes I might have to do that, let me go find the screws first, now that i know the exact dimension of the SCHS, hopefully it doesn't need to be re-thread

That was good and quick of HCigar to get back to you like that - M1.5x3 - as narrow and short as that? I would have though it'd be bigger.

Fasttech sell screws like that in bags of 10 for around USD$0.80 if you can wait that long.

I was surprised Hcigar got me the exact specs of the screw for me. I was on whatsapp with them. And after making a few calls I manage to get hold of a vape shop who actually had that exact screw. No re-threading needed. And yes it's a very small screw
