I was vaping at 5v and noticed the top of my tube heating up and my battery drained from 4.2 to 3.8v very quickly. Should I send it back to Apollo or is this normal?

Apollo DCT with the cart that came with the tank slotted twice with Bobas Bounty in it. Havent had any problems since I slotted the cart until today?
I've had just about all I can take with these apollo DCT carts. I just received my Boge's today going to switch it out in a sec. Thanks again Flyer : )
The only time my vtube got warm was when I was surfing and vaping and it was resting by the laptop vent. I've used it hard with no temp change.
I find if I have the carto screwed on too tight, there isn't enough air flow to cool the carto, and through conduction, everything gets hot.
It was the carto I got with the DCT I bought from them. Just a word of advise to anyone having problems with apollos dct cartos ......... "Switch to Boge 3.0 XL SR cartos and enjoy!" I just found my new favorite cartos for my dct. Vaping my Bobas at 3.8 and getting clouds of tasty vapor : ) Thanks for your help yet again Flyer !
Give Apolo a call they have been very good with standing behind their products with me. Having said that I get my carts from ecig Charleston they have every cart you can imagine every oHm I use to use 4.5 oHms on my LT quite a bit.
Buzzzlove The cart came free with my DCT so I cant really complain about it, but I did go through a whole pack of their DCT cartos. I dont know if it's just me, but I could not get one of those cartos to run reliably for the life of me. Just moved to single coil Boge's and absolutly love them with my tanks. They produce the same/more amount of vapor as the DCT cartos at less volts and make my batteries last longer : )
I'm sure there's something I've missed but I fail to see any justification for dual coil cartos. Other than as a sales gimmick, what's the point?
