VV Pass-Thru Troubles

I just got a new VV Pass-Thru today and it was working fine. I put my Pump tank on it and was vaping like crazy. I decided to try a cartomizer on the thing and the carto wouldn't get power. All the lights are working on the battery and I can change voltage (lights flash and change), but nothing that I connect to it is getting any power.

Is there a way to reset the battery? Any know quick fixes?

Perhaps it's just that the center contact is too low. On rivas I ended up expecting to have to pry up the contact every couple of carto changes.

Alternately, try nudging the carto's center post down slightly.

I just pulled out my multimeter and it is dead. It is weird. I did notice that the center post on the thing moves really easy. My Riva's don't move much. Not sure what's going on.

I was hoping that it was a common issue and I could just do like, press 3 times, then 5, then 4 and it would reset or something. Wishful thinking.

I've tried pulling and pushing on the post, but I can't get a read on the multimeter. I have no issues getting a read from any of my other batteries. Do I need to turn it or something?
