VX2 batts?

Anyone else with a vx2 having issues with the batts dying suddenly.

I bought a vx2 a couple weeks ago and one of the batts died right away. I haven't been able to send it in to Shawn because I'm out of town on a business trip.. and just now my second battery just died. For no apparent reason. Also I have a friend who got a vx2 as well and his battery died in the same manner. What gives is there a bad batch of batteries or what? I will be back in my home town tomorrow so at least one of these will go out to Shawn tomorrow.

Basically you puff on the cig and the LED comes on, but no power to the atty.

I'm tempted to pull one apart and try and see what the deal is... could it be a soldered wire that came loose or something simple like that?

My 1st one died because I dripped. The only other one I've had not work was a manual one that came, I charged it for 8 hours, and it never worked. No biggie tho because it was one of Shawn's wonderful freebies he throws in from time to time. I haven't looked at it since but it MIGHT just be the manual switch. I'll check one of these days.

Yeah no dripping here. Except to prime the atomizer once after cleaning. I've kept a close eye on the connection between the batt and the atomizer to make sure no fluid was trying to sneak through. Not a single drop has made it through. Well at least I had a backup. My njoy Npro is still going strong.

I'll send the other bad battery back to Shawn and I actually have another auto battery on order. I was going to get a manual battery but he was out of the black ones at the moment. I almost ordered a blue set of atomizers with manual batts, but decided on a Joye 510 instead. So I should get that soon. Got a 401 from shawn waiting for me at home as well.

I'm splerging on vaporizers while I can!
