I have been sick, so sick. I have no idea whether it is food poisoning or stomach flu but whatever it was, it was nasty stuff. Every bone in my body is still aching, but at least all the other symptoms have gone. Just taking it easy and staying away from the family, just in case I am contagious. I can't remember the last time I felt this bad...

Only thing that would be worse were if I were in China... Poor Leaford, I feel your pain! Hope you are feeling better soon! At least I am at home in my nice cozy bed with all the comforts, I can't imagine feeling like this in your situation!

I was wondering about that. Mint is good for the tummy as is ginger. Maybe we need a sampler pack of tummy cures
