Thats pretty close... No smiles though - there was no smiling going on here and although I wasn't there ( I PROMISE!!!) I can almost guarantee that Leaford wasn't smiling in china either!

Oh....My.....God...!!! That is just disgusting! Like I said - bad enough when you are in the comfort of your own clean home. That would be a nightmare! You poor thing! *shudders in horror at the thought*
For those of you who are geographically challenged like my dear friend (and I use the term loosely
) MaryKay, San Fransisco is a good 10 hour drive from my house... For contrast, I can get to Nevada or Arizona in 4 hours, and to Mexico in 2 hours. And I have never even been in China, and from the looks of their toilet facilities it is not someplace I will be heading anytime soon!

No that pic wasn't the actual toilet in the hospital, I didn't bring my camera with me for a doctors visit. That was a pic I found on Google images. But it was pretty much like that.
One other thing was that the restroom was divided, one stall and one urinal for men in the front part of the room, three for women in the back. The men's toilet was literally filled to overflowing with feces. So, I used one of the women's stalls, which was pretty much like the pic. Filthy, but at least not full of... you know.
