Waiting for a reply...How long does it take?

Hey everyone, So I just placed my first order on the 18th with V4L. I have PM'd Steve multiple times and have not gotten any replies about my order. I understand he and his crew are very busy,but I was just wonderin how long it usually takes to get a response from them.
