Non-smokers just don't understand the difference between smoke and exhaled vapour - a cigarette gives off smoke even when you put it down between puffs, all anyone else gets from an ecig has already been filtered by your lungs.

Its easy to see how non-smokers may see a a plume of vapour as just as much an invasion into their space as cigarette smoke though.

How long before vaping is as restricted as smoking?!!!

They hate it because they've noticed it - and less of them would notice if it wasn't for the cloud chasers.

Cloud chasing should not be done in enclosed public spaces. Less invasive vaping I'm mixed on. I can see that walking through/sitting around someone else's plumes of vapor can be annoying; not everyone enjoys that bourbon/caramel/blueberry vape you love so much! But cigarettes weren't banned because of annoyance but because of health concerns from secondhand smoke. Thus, "annoyance," is a weaker rationale for a ban in my view. Hell, I'm annoyed by whiny, spoiled children -can we please ban them in enclosed public spaces?

But there is a line of respect. When my kids were being brats, I removed them from public until I could get them calmed down. And now that I vape, I wouldn't dream of walking a store while vaping. I don't want to be a bother.

It's s fine line for me and I'm very mixed on the situation.

At least one scientific study has failed to find any evidence of harm to others, but I doubt that will change the non-smoking's perception any time soon.

When I see the "hey everyone look at me" brigade filling a room with haze, its strikes me as not looking very healthy.

There's no shortage of haters who've noticed us, they surely don't need any encouragement!

Right Here
I only stealth vape indoors where I dont get caught. I would be embarrassed if my boss caught me, even though I truly believe I am not harming anyone. If someone blew a cloud into my daughters face I would get mad, but I have to say the UK is on a roll to destroy the magna cartaand many constitutional rights we try to hold dear in the US. First speech, now vaping, next?

Doesn't really bother me, I wouldn't want somebody blowing clouds of vapor at me, whether it's harmful or not. Or vaping in a restaurant, a couple out having dinner shouldn't have to smell my banana pudding vapor clouds lol. Well if I didn't vape that is, right now I actually could care less, I'd just blow clouds back.
