I use a Mutation X V3 for my clouds. Its around $30 and has a lot of airflow with a nice wide bore drip tip. Your Ego One functions as a mechanical, though I don't know what amperage the battery is so don't build too low of a resistance. Your Evic should work just fine and would do well around .5 ohms and up.

I'm pretty sure the ohm limit on the eGo One is .5Ω.

the mod which reduces wattage automatically, not u have to regulate it manually, i dunno read that somewhere and as i said , i never had RDA so just got mess in my head :p

Unless you are really really wanting to dive in a seriously learn the physics, the math, maintenance, and battery tolerances and safety like you have a PhD in hobbyist vaping, output of a 0.1 on a mech, can nowadays be achieved on a regulated, dual battery, high wattage mod like the Sigelei 100 and 150w, IPV3, and others, at a higher safer ohm rating of even 0.4. Only reason to be at or around 0.05 to 0.15 ohms any more is if you are on a DNA40, Yihi SX350J Chip, or other temperature controlled device using Ni200 or Titanium wire, Kanthal and other wires, Sigelei 150 or IPV3, unless you are a masochist, you'll never do 150+ watts regularly. And the regulated mods are like crumple zones on a car, the protection circuits will stop you from going into danger zone, or fry before their is a catostrophic failure that can injure you, mod dies before the driver does.
