A few impressions regarding one of Donley's non-tobacco vapes...Caramel #2

Color: a very pale amber
Smell: Buttery, rich and sweet
Taste: Very deep flavor on inhale and exhale; a decadently buttery caramel candy that is not overly sweet

In short, I vaped this straight upon arrival and had a so-so reaction to it. I put it away and came back 10 days later only to be amazed by it's tastiness. I have been searching for a good caramel for nearly a year and this is one of the best, for me.

I find it better at lower voltages on a V4L Coolcart (3.4v - 3.7v and using my Buzz) to truly appreciate all subtle nuances in this juice. I will definitely be using it in my IKV's mega 808s once I have received my next bottle of juice. I have vaped it at higher voltage, and it is quite good there, too, with some loss of flavor noted. Higher voltage does increase TH significantly, but TH is just noticeable at the lower range, too; it is very pleasant without kicking your throat.

It is a calming, relaxing flavor that I've enjoyed and just wanted to give a shout out about one of W2V's non-tobacco juices. If you are into "sweet" juices, you may find that you need to add a bit of sweetener to it. I added one drop of TPA's sweetener to 2 mls to really make it pop. As a reference, I rarely add sweetener to anything, so YMMV. :)

TH: 6/10 (low voltage, higher ohms)
Vapor: 8/10
Flavor: 9/10 (only because I felt that by having to add something, I had to deduct something)

It's a keeper!
Cheers.

Very nice review! I'm running out of the Acid Blondie so I'll be placing an order with Want2Vape soon. I'll be sure to add this juice to the order. I'll probably get this particular juice at a lower nic. ratio as Want2Vape's nicotine seems to hit me a bit more strongly than other vendors'.

I have to agree with you regarding the nic -- I usually vape at 18mg. I ordered this in 11mg and am very pleasantly surprised at how satisfying it is at that level.

I have noticed a few comments elsewhere that W2Vs juices are not carto friendly. I would just like to say that this particular one is a little slow to wick at first on a new carto. Once it is in, though, it vapes very well and subsequent refills absorb into the filler right away. So no carto issues for me! (using IKVs mega 808s and V4Ls Coolcartos)

I am currently vaping Caramel#1. Another very nice flavor! A little lighter caramel than #2 but I am loving this one just as much.

Also wanted to add that I know longer feel the need to add sweetener to either of these. Not sure why I did at first, perhaps the pollen was messing with my head? :) They are very good as is and also both are vaping very nicely at higher voltage than I had used, previously.

Thanks for the kind words, Smacky and Dspin. A reviewer I am not. But there are very few juices that I've been willing to stick my neck out for by publicly posting an opinion. These two are definitely worth it.

I feel like I need to update this a little bit. While my opinions regarding the Caramel flavors haven't changed, the one I previously stated regarding the juice being carto friendly has...they have not been carto friendly.

I continued vaping for the rest of the day and into the next using these cartos. The taste fell off quick, either sligtly burnt or "papery". Subsequent refills became less and less in amount because they would not wick and usually ended up on my tongue or coming out of the battery end. These juices were just not wicking at all after the first fill and few initial refills. Just for reference, I can usually get a solid week or two on a new IKV mega 808. I was not able to get over 24 hours with the Caramels. And yes, I tried it on several different IKV cartos as well as a few of my other cartos, as well. :)

It is a bit of a bummer because I really enjoy these juices. But it's not the end of the world because he sells his flavorings so you can make your own at different PG/VG ratios -- and that is what I will be trying, next!

Allright AG, don't tell what you got, just say you got a shipment. Anything new in the box you never tried before?

I got a sampler with all of the coffees...caramel swirl...rockstar...ry4...Ecoberry...etc...

I've been amazed at W2V mixing skills. I'm going to go through them 3ml at a time. Tabak Especial was the first to be uncorked. Totally impressed. Which should I go for tomorrow? If there isn't a review thread opened for that day's flavor, I'll start one.

Hey Uke, if your not into tobacco, his campfire coffee is awesome followed by creamy espresso. Both house extracted. As far as recommending its those 2 coffees and the 3 tobacs. that I wrote reviews for.

I have been intrigued with trying W2V since seeing dspin and others recommending it.... but it seems most who like it like Tobacco flavors... not me...

W2V looks like mostly tobacco flavors; but the non-T flavs look great... someday.
