sweet-vapes.com has many cold flavors and you can choose the intensity of the cold. I have tried a few of their cold flavors and I liked them at the medium cold. I don't know if they have the flavor you are looking for though. You could buy some Koolada and add it to your favorite Mint cholate chip flavor yourself.
Thanks for the suggestion! I haven't tried a mint chocolate chip ice cream flavor specifically yet. I've tried mints and some mint chocolate, haven't found one I just love yet...
I think it is really cool tho that u can choose how cold u want it so definitely gonna check out sweet vapes

SO awesome!! I guess its not for all flavors but for certain dessert flavors, especially ice creams, it is. Wish they had mint chocolate chip but still love the idea and have it bookmarked!!
You might be able to request it if you ask. Most companies will accomadate you if you just ask or put it into the comment section when you check out.
You can also try Copper Creek. They have a Mint Choc Chip Ice cream. Ive tried most every flavor there, and havent found a bad one yet, but I havent gotten around to that particular one. I don't remember how cold it felt when I vaped it because it's been a while but My Freedom Smokes has a Chocolate Chip Mint e-liquid. Mint Chocolate Chip is one of my favorite ice creams and I thought it was pretty good.
Not an ice cream flavor but I got hot chocolate peppermint with marshmallows from Ms. Ts Bakery and it is cool and delish!!
i was just going to mention ms t's. she has a chocolate chip ice cream and there is an "ice" (cooling menthol flavor) that im sure she would add to it if you asked, i may have to try now that ive thought of this myself.
I wonder why so few ppl seem to have a mint chocolate chip ice cream flavor. Will have to check out that one at Copper Creek, ty. I know it was not what I was looking for but YUMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM (drools): hot chocolate peppermint with marshmallows sounds delicious!!!
