I want a mod similar to the "Hammer of God". I want a quad 18650 unregulated mod with a volt meter to monitor batteries. I want the batteries in a series parallel configuration that can handle 60 amps and max 8.4 volts at the 510 connector and 30 amps for each series leg. I will most likely keep it 55 amps or lower at 510. Case style is not a big issue, as long as it is safe. I would prefer wood, but would lean towards what ever is cheaper. No pastel colors.
From what i can see of the "Hammer of God" specs it can not handle that. I have HB6 batteries so they can handle 30 amps.
I have looked on Google but can not find a premade that meets all those qualifications.
I know how to build coils safely and use steam-engine.org to ensure my builds are safe.
I have basic mechanical and electrical knowledge but am not sure i want to tackle this project myself.
Ok, wall of text almost over. I have a few questions.
1. Is there a device on the market now that will meet my needs? If so please point me in the right direction.
2. Does anyone have a recomendation on who could do this safely without ripping me off?
3. Is there a kit out there with the correct parts or a list of parts that i could go off of to build my own?
4. If you are a mod builder, and interested in tackling this, would you be willing to provide references?
5. What kind of price range am i looking at? Quality is important but it does not need to be the prettiest or most sexy mod on the market. No one except me will be able to see it anyway through all the clouds :)

If something like this doesn't exist already, you're asking for someone to manufacture a new "tobacco" product. Are you going to be footing the bill for the PMTA application?
Well you have proved my ignorance of the new law. I had thought that bit didn't take effect till 2018. While i would not expect someone to trust me as a stranger, i will say that i would not advertise a private transaction between myself and another individual. I am willing to build my own, but am unsure of the exact parts needed. I am probably capable of doing the job but am not keen on experimenting with something that could blow up in my hand/face.

It was a little tongue in cheek, but also real. As far as the deeming regulations go, stuff that was on the market before 8/8/2016 can be sold until 2018. Anything new though is supposed to get approval before being sold.

I agree with Lessifer. Any mod manufacturer aware of the US regulations is not going to risk making a new customized mod for anyone. Even if you could find one, it would be cost prohibitive.

Your only recourse would be to design and build one for yourself. You'll need to find an electrical wiring diagram for the 4-battery series parallel configuration, and then source the appropriate wires, contacts, and voltage meter. This link Modding Forum may assist you in finding both the diagrams and parts needed.
