wanting to rebuild a smoktech aro

I am wanting to get into rebuilding my aro. I have never done this before and was wondering if there was a step by step video of how to rebuild and get the coil right. I am wanting to use cotton yarn to any suggestions on if this is a good idea. Please help!!
