wanting to start dripping

I was looking at getting a drip tank. I thought it would be as easy as buying a tank and a drip tip. Then change out the wick when it's bad like the tank I currently have. But the more I read I keep saying that you have to build them with wire and cotton ect. I am just lookin for something I can use at the house when I want to hangout and change flavors with out having to deal with the trouble of an actually tank. Help please??

Maybe the word build is confusing.

Most drippers allow for you to recoil the coil with fresh wire; you might not do that for..... what, maybe months? Unless you drip alot, then maybe a week.
You just wrapp the wire on wick or on a toothpick, then tie the coil on the posts; if you wrapped on the wick then your done; otherwise you put the wick through the coil.

A dripper has no tank; you put the liquid in you needle bottle, drip onto the coil, put the tip on and vape away;

You want just a regular old atomizer, orignially came as part of the three piece cigalikes, but are used for dripping also. Now some are made for dripping specifically, with the bridge removed as it's unecessary for dripping. As an example-> 510 LR Bridgeless Atomizer
You just need to make sure you order the ohms rating you want. Easy to clean and dry burn. I personally prefer the ones with the coil out in the open and easily seen for cleaning purposes, the one I linked to has a splash guard above the coil, I think that's what it's called. You'll also need a drip tip.

The simplest way to try dripping 510 Smok Tech 2.0ohm Atomizer drip the juice in, put a drip tip on and vape. No building, coiling, wicking, and the flavor is great.

So with that I just buy the drip tip. And just drip and vape? I assume it's disposable? Or do I just buy new wicks for it?

The atty is disposable, but also cleanable and dry-burnable......with the drip tip on it, it's a compete set, ready to go. Should last a couple weeks at least if it's the only thing you're vaping on, if you switch out with other toppers you can get months out of it.
Years ago it was considered one of the best vapes available, many old timers still think it is....

Once all my 306, 510, 801, 901 and eGo type-B attys die off, I'm going to have to try some of those....
Too much stock to justify the purchase.

I dripped on eGo-C atties for nearly a year, so I don't have much stock. And a Stingray is only a dollar or 2 more than a genuine Joyetech.
