The first 3-4 months I spent a LOT on vaping, hundreds more per month than smoking - finding and settling on my models then buying spares for everything and plenty of cartos, and trying over 100 juices to find a few I loved. Then I dropped my nicotine level a couple of times and bought all new juices (my faves and some new ones to tempt me to the lower nic).

But now I am definitely spending less on vaping. I used to spend $60-70 per week on cigarettes (and that was with cheap ones I didn't even like, 1.5 cartons per week). I now get 2 weeks+ use out of two $2 cartomizers, and run through about $8-10 of juice per week (about 20ml per week) that I stock up on during sales. Occasionally I buy a replacement battery. And for mods, so far I've restricted myself to a few $20-30 plastic box mods and a couple of wood mods ($45 and $55). Nothing extravagant.

I didn't start vaping to save money, I did it to get away from cigarettes, and I thought that maybe the money thing would be a nice benefit...lol. I saw the adds saying 1 carto equals 1 pack, and I thought the prices were just too good to be true. The first few days I would have a carto last me a day, and all seemed well, then it turned into 2 cartos, then 3...I bought a 21st Century from a local gas station, to tide me over till my safe cig micro came in the mail, and I hated the micro so I bought the safe cig original, and didn't like that so bought a V2 which was great...great until my batteries were needing charging more and more each day, then my birthday came and to celebrate I thought why not get an Ego-T? I loved the Ego, and still do, but now I'm looking at things like Echos, Tgos, Kgos, and Provaris...I have a desktop organizer full of cartos, adapters, chargers, and juices galore!

I'm smoke free, and couldn't be happier with it. I love vaping, it tastes so much better than smoking, and I feel so much better than I did before. I spent about 50 a week on analogues which seemed so insane at the time, and I'm less than a month in and how much have I saved lol, oh lawdy I've saved so much :vapor:

In the end, I got what I wanted lol, glad I didn't do it for the money.
