From the label you posted:
"...may increase heart rate and blood pressure, cause dizziness and nausea, and aggravate respiratory conditions".

I would guess this is a general CYA type of warning lable to try and remove liability.

For a more specific answer, related to your own situation, you should consult your Doctor.

well.... nicotine is a vasoconstrictor... and if one has a bad case of diabetes along with poor circulation in the extremities, I suppose additional reduction of blood flow would be a disadvantage....
There you go - got the answer and saved another $65 not having to consult a quack - man my $$$ savings is going to be extreme having stopped sucking on stinkies last Friday arvo NZ time..... 45/day habit

We probably have the most expensive ciggys in the world here in NZ - 20 = $25NZ or $17.62US at todays rates and going up 10% each year

    Those are expensive cigs, but you have cheap quacks.
    About $250 for a 15 min quack consultation here.
