Greetings, all!

I know that Vapor Puffs has a six month warranty for their higher priced items. What other online websites (or B&M in DFW area), offer this kind of warranty?

All of the websites I've visited state emphatically: "No returns, no exchanges. Period. End of story, unless your item is DOA, in which case you're SOL". LOL

*sigh* Now if I can just decide on my very first PV that fits my sub $100 budget.

Happy vaping, everyone!

Yeah. Most shops won't take anything back. You have to send it to the manufacturer or their US distributor for any warranty claim, and What side of DFW are you on?

I live in North Arlington. There's 3 real vape shops in that area: Sensational Vapes (good selection, high prices), and Vapor Fi, which I think uses re-branded Kanger, Vision and Aspire products, and lastly, DFW Vapor. Again good selection but not so good prices. There are various other shops, but mostly in Central/South Arlington, Grand Prairie and Mansfield areas.

I was thinking of going with MFS for odds and ends, MTbaker for ejuices, Vapor dna and Vapor Puffs for the more generous warranties. All of the above also have great Rewards programs too, which is a BIG plus to my budget!

Thanks for replying. Really appreciate the help.

@EBates I keep hearing about Posh Vapor. Where are they? I might stop in and check them out.
@HawaiianVaporTrailz If you are going to shop online, check out Vapecrawler It searches all the popular sites and finds you deals and coupon codes.

Posh is located @ N. Garland and George Bush eastbound service road next door to Buffalo Wild Wings. They are good folks there.

Some of the older websites are happy to work with you, at least on better mods with chip issues. It's a bit better nowadays with both quality and returns.

But yeah, that's why I've never spent over $35 on a mod and $1 on a topper, lol.

Unless otherwise noted on the product page, product warranty is 6 months counted from the date of initial shipment of order.
    • Within 3 months after initial shipment of order:
Upon returning, defective items are replaced and shipped back to customers for free. Return shipping reimbursement is USD 40 or 50% of the item's price, whichever is lower.
    • 3 to 6 months after initial shipment of order:
Upon returning, defective items are replaced and shipped back to customers for free. Return shipping reimbursement is unavailable.
    • Afterwards:
Customers may still send defective items back to FastTech. FastTech passes those items back to their manufacturers and helps coordinating the repair. Customers are responsible for shipping charges bo

Provape has the best warranty in the business. Up to 2 years warranty and reasonable repair prices and upgrades after that if anything should happen to your mod or you just want tune it up.

One of mine is 3 and half years old and havent had a single problem with it besides replacing a spring.

Just checked their website and am impressed! Lil bit on the pricey side, but worth the extra cost in the long run. Thanks for the tip!

Not sure about the warranty side, but for shops there's Joosie Vapes awesome house juice, Eca Vape1, Posh Vapors 2 locations one in Garland and a new one in Plano, the Plano Shop was Rustic Mountain Vapor, Royal Vapor in Allen, All vapes down town area. There are others but these are the ones that stood out.

A couple that are on my to visit lists are Steam Monkey and Gothic Vapor, But these are Way out of the way drives for me, and I have not made the trip yet.
