Warranty Question with dead atty.

I sent an email on Monday asking about warranty and supply issues with an eGo-T atty. My atty died this past weekend. Tomorrow will be the end to my 14 days after purchase, so I am getting worried that no one will respond in time.

You state you are coming up on 14 days, so you should be more than covered.

Based on what I'm reading here, it seems LF is swamped with work. They might be delayed in getting email responses out to folks. There is also a phone number in the CONTACT section of the website. If I were you, I would give them another day to respond, then send another email. Then wait a couple more days, then place a phone call. You have time on your warranty, so you should be fine.

And YES, Liberty Flights really really really does stand behind their warranty and their products.
Products fail.
Liberty Flights does NOT fail.

If you emailed before the end of the warranty then it is cool, we are actually pretty flexible, I have often warranted outside of warranty times. I've been busy with some UK liquid release so I am a bit behind on emails, nothing major as most of them have got answered, just one or two that looked hard, hahah!

Liberty Flights definitley takes care of their customers. I too had an atty die this past Monday (13 days old). I emailed, pm'ed and worried since I didn't get a response that I would eventually end up after the warranty expiration date and be s.o.l. Tuesday around lunch time I called them. 5 minutes later I had a tracking number. So, now 2 days later and all the way across the US my atty is being delivered. Thats what I call AWESOME customer support! (Side note, Abe and Ty both answered my email and pm a couple of hours after I received my tracking number. Guess I should have had a little more patience!)

I dare the other vendors to step up to the plate and follow Liberty Flights example on how a company should be ran.

Just reporting back that Liberty did take care of my dead atty problem. I got the replacement at the end of last week. And the package including a return shipping label. Thank you.
