Soignee , I'm a stealth vaper at work...in my team room I have to make sure the team leader doesn't catch me. Otherwise I go to the bathroom, around obscure corners etc.

In an office of over 30 people, we have 3 people vaping, and a number still smoking (outside). The other two buy their juice from a local B&M and well, we all know where all my juice comes from.

I get complaints constantly about the odor of the vape from one of them. Then they realize who they're talking to and quickly add "some days I can't smell yours at all or else it actually smells good but his just stinks!" And....they're absolutely right.

If I'm carrying a spinner I'll put it on a lanyard and stick the whole setup inside my shirt. If I want a quick hit, I'll pull it up, hit it and blow the vapor down into my shirt so it dispels. If I had one of those set ups that blows huge clouds I couldn't use it because the vapor would come out of my sleeves or something and those around me would think I was on fire and call security! Lol We're really not supposed to use them in the plant but that place is a mile long with many places to hide.

Unlike Ebola -- that can ONLY be passed on through DIRECT CONTACT with bodily fluids/secretions.....
Virus' contagion can pass through the air..especially if the recipient is DOWNWIND.......!!

I turned my boss into a vaper from a 30 year smoker, so everyone's cool with it. We have one mommas boy, hypochondriac, teachers pet, tattle tale there that swears he's going to get it banned from the station. We just laugh at him and tell him to go away.

One of the benefits of vaping for me has been the loss of all the additional addictive items found in cigarette smoke. I find myself not emotionally craving. I don't get cranky if I can't get my immediate gratification. I can wait much longer for my fix now.

Thinking about it for a moment, I'm not sure if it's a mental change towards smoking or a difference in the chemical composition. Either way I'm ok with it.
