f you have only been twitting a little while...
logon to twitter mannually
You will probably be blocked from tweeting
tell them you won't do it again and they unlock you and leave you alone from that point on.

It's a pain, but worth it.

I've already done that once, awhile back.

So it's telling me my account is suspended and I need to take these steps to reactivate my account:
1) Visit twitter.com/login on the web (reactivation is not supported on mobile devices).
2) Enter your account username or email address, and your password.
3) Once you click Sign in, your account is reactivated.
4) You'll see your home page if reactivation was successful. Your account data (such as Tweets, followers, favorites, etc.) may take a few minutes to fully restore.

So I go to that link and I am already logged in so there is no way I can see to do (2) above.
So I'm trying to find a way to log out so I can log back in, but not finding any way to log out yet.

OK - on your PC, you sign in, and look for the gear icon - the logout is there

Well, I signed in but it does not appear to have reactivated me, so I submitted a form for reactivation.
