I have been vaping JC Red Oak TN cured and it pops and crackles like no other juice I have. It is also very thin for a "Pure VG" liquid. I am assuming they thinned it with water.

So I am wondering, do you all experience popping/spattering sounds with juices that have been diluted with water?

They could have also thinned it with flavoring. My tanks crack and pop all the time

Most of them are thinned with some water, I believe. I use all VG and I DIY some of them. I always thin my DIY's with water and the same amount of water. I have a few that crackle and pop and some that don't. It can also depend on the device.

Yep, water expands differently then pg or vg and will crack, pop, splatter, and spit. Just like if you flick water on a red hot stove burner.
