since I work 100 miles from home I stay a couple nights a week in my old beater trailer in the back forty. I decided to try to dry burn a nautilus and mega coil without rinsing. the nautilus coil is nice and open but I couldn't get the chimney off the new style mega coil. so what the heck I'll do it just as it sits on the base. as I started the light bulb went off. I could blow through the air hole in the side of the base while pulsing. it worked like a charm and kept the coil cooler to boot. I pulsed til it stopped smoking. I don't think I did it quite long enough on the mega coil because it was a little ashey tasting for about twenty minutes. when I could detect no more smoke on the nautilus coil I put it back in with my vanilla custard and no ashey taste. just like a new coil and only took five minutes. I'm stoked as I can do this anywhere and be back in business in no time. and save money to boot. woo hoo.
