Wattage on VT MOD

Once the temp limit is reached, the wattage will automatically be adjusted down to maintain that temperature. So really, the wattage setting really just determines how fast the coil heats up to reach that limit. Might as well just set it as high as it will go, then, and let the temp control kick in right away; I don't even know why they don't just do this automatically while in TC mode.

I have my temp set between 350 to 450F at 20watts with my VaporShark rDNA 40watt TC mod with a 0.12 Ni200 build in one of my Subtanks. My temp control generally doesn't kick in with wide open airflow, but then again I lung hit it pretty heavy and continue inhaling a second after releasing the fire button. I use the TC to keep from burning wicking, coil melt down, and keep the PG and VG from producing acroleine gas. Enjoy the new mod though, been looking at the Evic VT or the newer Sigelei 150watt with TC in it.
