hi @gamergirl73, I believe the iStick can work down to a .3 or .4 ohm coil build. If you're building 1.0 ohm and 1.5 ohm coils, the iStick will do great. Here is a coil building calculator should you need it :Coil wrapping | Steam Engine | free vaping calculators Good luck in your journey.
that should be a completely reasonable build - and the mutation is definitely a decent atty to build/ vape on!

Cannot compare the wattage of a kayfun to a RDA. 1.5 ohm, I'd be shocked if he exceeds 15watts.
With your RDA you could use very large wire that could require allot of watts to heat it up. It all depends on what the coil is made from. A 1 ohm coil from 30g wire would take much less power to heat than one from 26g.
A single coil build, as long as its not a crazy large build, your Istick should have no problems heating it up.

I run my kayfun at 9-11 watts. My scar RDA (very small) also has a 1.5 ohm build in it. I run that about the same.
@gamergirl73 - absolutely no prob with a 1-1.5ohm coil on the iStick 30. I've run as low as 0.5ohm on that device without any issues.
