I was given an Innokin Kroma A 75W TC Kit with iSub-B Sub-Ohm tank, and I’m not sure which coils to use.

I will be vaping at 55W, and the coils come in 0.5 Ω but doesn’t specify the wattage range. The other option is a 0.35Ω and does list the wattage range it can handle (30-55W).

Being that my 55W is at the very end of the range, I want to know if the 0.5Ω will put my 55W preference more in the middle. I hope that made sense...

T.I.A!

Why do you want to vape at exactly 55W? I just use whatever wattage gives me the vape I like, and don't aim for a particular value. When learning the performance of a new coil type I always start low and go up a few watts at a time until I like the vape. It may or may not fall within the range the manufacturer stamps on it. Generally they're overestimated anyway as makers think higher numbers sell better.

My all day vape liquid is best at 55w. And I don’t like change. [emoji14]

I just received the iSub-B last weekend and really enjoy it. I vape the .35 ohm coil at 46 watts and get a fantastic vape. I am getting old and am learning that less is more.

Same here. I love the flavor boost (aka iTaste) the Innokin iSub provides. I’m glad I got this mod & tank.

At your desired wattage the .35 ohm coil is the only choice..the .5 isn't designed for that high a wattage, the .35 barely is..

55 watts for what ever particular coil you enjoy at that power setting. This does not mean your ADV is best at 55 watts with ALL coils. A low mass coil could be a scorcher at 55 watts where a high mass coil may barely produce vapor at 55 watts. Nothing wrong with sticking with what you know but don’t be afraid to experiment.
