You can vape at 7.5 watts if it suits you. No problem.

Some tanks will not play very well at lower power (and others at too high power), but as long as you are not sucking in the liquid and getting leaks/floods, you can vape how you like.

I vaped a sub-ohm tank at 8w once for two days, as I had a sore throat.

New to vaping. Using Disrupter. I like it in 7.5. Was told this is too low. Isn't this a personal preference issue or am I vaping too low? Also- what's the difference between volts and watts?
Voltage is a simple measurement. Wattage is a calculation.

In a nutshell, wattage (power) is equal to the voltage squared divided by the resistance of the atomizer. In a variable wattage device, it reads the resistance of the atomizer and calculates the voltage needed based on your wattage setting.

And honestly, if you're happy at 7.5 watts, that's all that matters.

Thank you. There's a cig calculator connected to your reply. Where did you find it? Almost 2 yrs for me. New to the site and technology, used a pen until last month

Wattage is a ratio of voltage to watts. So more volts will equals more watts. I recommend starting off with variable wattage for beginners. And it's personal preference. I usually vape around 30 watts currently but it all depends on the person and what atomizer you are using.

I got mine from here: Electronic Cigarettes and Vaping - EcigAlternative.com

But as Susan said;
If you see a banner you like, click on it in someone's signature and it will take you to a page where you can create your own and include in your signature.
I just basically did that when I found one that I wanted.
