There are a couple juices I like to use that do not taste as good when they are steeped and not fresh. When Mt baker Cookie Blaster and Purevapes Cookie Dough Ice Cream steep, the chocolaty, cookie flavors overpower the ice cream flavors. Is there a way to preserve the freshness of the juice? The only thing I can think of is refrigeration, and i'm afraid that may destroy the flavors entirely. Thanks.
