Sorry for the late drawing/announcement. We had a death in the family and were out of town all of yesterday. All is well, everything about this world is borrowed and temporary so we are ok.

You guys/gals are so sweet. Really its ok. It was very unexpected and lets just say that Kaiser Permanente has some questions to answer, but that will take a long time and be a complicated processes. Long story short, just because someone is a person of authority in their field, listen to your gut and don't let them push you into doing something you don't want to, cause it can lead to something as serious as death.

Just to be real for a second about myself. I'm not religious in particular but I follow Buddhism. Buddhism teaches us that everything is impermanent and that attachment is the source of suffering. I honor the memory and feel the emotions associated with everything but at the end of the day its done and holding onto resentments, ill feelings or negativity does nothing but make me resent, feel ill and negative. While its not easy, I'm working on not being attached to the emotional baggage that comes with it.
