We are moving!!!
Due to rapid expansion over the past three years Totally Wicked has outgrown our current premises and finally, after months of planning we are pleased to announce we are moving! The new offices will allow us to work more effectively in all areas, further improve our service to customers and provide space for expansion and growth of the business.
Although we will be attempting to minimise any disruption to our services, please be aware of the following:
Our current offices situated at Brook Mill Complex will close at 5pm on Thursday 19th.
Due to the move and us settling in, there may be a slight delay in response to queries, so please bear this in mind!
We will be closed on Friday 20th January to enable us to pack up and move on Saturday 21st, ready to re-open as normal on Monday 23rd January.
The Special Delivery option on the website will be temporarily removed after 3pm on Thursday 19th, and will be reinstated as normal from 4pm on Friday 20th.
We will not be despatching any orders on Friday 20th January.
Our shop will close at 5.30pm on Thursday 19th and re-open at the new site on Monday 23rd January.
