Yes....Let it dry, then you'll have to vape with it for a little bit and it may surprise you how well it starts to vape.
I have an atty from TW that I bought back in July that still works best out of all of the three I currently have in rotation. The 2 black ones I have are less than a month old; one of which has been very easy on the draw from day 1 and produces little vapor and no red glow. I boiled all of them for 5 min's, put them in the oven @ 350 for 5 min's and the two best ones work pretty well, but the one black one that is easy on the draw is hopeless and has been from day one. Initially, after boiling/drying them, I wasn't so sure that worked at all, but vaping with them for a while the vapor really started kicking in.
Another thing I notice when I'm vaping at times I hear the gurgling sound a lot and I guess I'm flooding my atty but I'm careful not to let the liquid pool at the top. I've been turning them upside down letting them drain before bed and the next day I use one and it's STILL gurgling, so I blow it out and more liquid comes out! That surprised me since they drained over night so always blow it out in addition to draining.
